Once we confirm your practitioner or student status, access is granted and confirmed via email.
Once your account has been approved, you can log in using your details to access the platform and view all available items and pricing. Simply select the formula you require and choose your preferred form: powder, capsules, or raw bulk herbs.
We can then arrange delivery directly to you, or, if preferred, have the formula sent directly to your patient’s address. This is done by selecting the “Deliver to patient” option and entering their contact details in the fields provided.
This provides flexibility in how you manage dispensing - either receiving the herbs yourself for clinical oversight, or having them delivered directly to the patient for convenience and streamlined care.
In cases where the formula is sent directly to the patient’s address, the label will include both the patient’s name and your name as the prescribing practitioner.
